  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking and must be met to confirm services.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas and any other travel documents required for their journey. The Company will assist with visa processing where applicable, but final approval rests with the relevant authorities.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions vary depending on airlines, hotels, transport providers and pilgrimage arrangements. Applicable terms will be provided at the time of booking. Third-party charges are non-refundable where imposed by the provider.

Many services are delivered by third parties such as airlines, hotels and transport operators. The Company acts as an intermediary and is not liable for delays, cancellations or changes caused by these providers or by circumstances beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services, except where required by applicable law.
